Florida Loss Review is operated by Pax Consulting Services LLC, doing business as Florida Loss Review.

The website is intended for adult owners and authorized representatives of Florida residential and commercial properties.

Florida Loss Review provides:

• Initial property-loss review
• Research
• General education
• Organization of information
• Coordination of possible next steps and professionals

Florida Loss Review helps property owners understand the loss and consider available paths. It does not replace the separate work of a licensed or qualified professional.

Submitting the form, receiving an email, or speaking with Florida Loss Review does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship, public-adjuster contract, contractor agreement, engineering engagement, inspection agreement, insurance-agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, or other regulated professional engagement.

Any specialized service begins only through a separate agreement with the appropriate provider.

Florida Loss Review does not automatically report, open, supplement, negotiate, settle, or otherwise act on an insurance claim merely because information is submitted through the website.

Website content and preliminary communications are general information. They do not constitute:

• Recovery of any particular amount
• Availability or performance of a third-party professional
• Prevention of additional damage
• Preservation of every legal or policy deadline

Any timing references on the website describe service goals rather than guaranteed response times.

Florida Loss Review may identify or coordinate independent professionals when relevant. Those professionals are responsible for their own services, credentials, contracts, advice, pricing, and conduct.

You remain free to choose any provider. A referral or introduction does not guarantee quality, availability, outcome, or suitability.

The site's original branding, design, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to Florida Loss Review or Pax Consulting Services LLC, subject to third-party rights. You may use the website for ordinary personal, noncommercial purposes.

You may not use the website to:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Scrape or automate access in a way that disrupts the service
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Make fraudulent submissions
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Attempt to bypass security or throttling
• Violate law or another person's rights

The website and preliminary review process are provided on an “as available” basis. Information may be incomplete, delayed, or affected by facts not yet known. Nothing in these Terms disclaims obligations that cannot legally be disclaimed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Florida Loss Review and Pax Consulting Services LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website. This limitation does not alter obligations created by a separate written professional agreement and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by Florida law.

Florida Loss Review may update these Terms as its services or practices change. When the Terms are updated, the “Last updated” date displayed above will also be revised.
